Q. What are the qualifications of your trainers?
A. Applied Learning Associates trainers are seasoned veterans with 20, 30 and 40 years experience "in the trenches." All are highly recognized and respected in the HVAC industry.

Q. Do you offer a money back guarantee on your training?
A. Absolutely. All we ask is that you actually implement what is learned in the seminars. If you try what is taught, you WILL be successful. We've NEVER had a graduate not experience the results we promise.

Q. Are my training costs tax deductible?
A. They may be. As always, consult your tax advisor.
